Name: Shantisa Lashae Graham
Age: 26
Description: Black female, 5'1”, 117 pounds
Last known address: 3265 Heaton Dr., Ladson
Wanted for: Shoplifting 2nd Degree 
Wanted by: Summerville Police Department
Wanted since: October 2012
Investigators allege: The defendant stole $676 worth of merchandise from Target. Graham loaded a shopping cart and exited the store without paying for the items, according to the warrant.
Name: Alvin Karl Pacheco
Age: 53
Description: White male, 5'7”, 170 pounds
Last known address: 1007 12th Ave., #A, Conway
Wanted for: Use, Counseling or Soliciting Other to Use, Possessing or Threatening to Use Destructive Device
Wanted by: Summerville Police Department
Wanted since: January 2012
Investigators allege: On January 12, Pacheco contacted Churchill Commons on Trolley Rd., via telephone, and stated there was a bomb on the property – specifically near Building A that would explode on January 13 at 9:35 a.m., causing fear and panic throughout the subdivision. He also left a voicemail to the same effect with a former roommate.
