|90% lean ground beef||½ pound|
|Red onion, chopped||¼ cup|
|Feta cheese, crumbled||½ cup|
|Kalmata olives, pitted, chopped, and halved||¼ cup|
|Freshly ground pepper to taste|
|Olive oil||2 teaspoons|
2. Combine beef through pepper in a medium bowl until well mixed. Shape into 2 burgers.
3. Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place burgers on skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
