Gator greeters

  • Wednesday, October 30, 2013

At Fort Dorchester Elementary School, 48 fifth grade students are proud members of an elite group known as the “Gator Greeters.” Throughout the school year, these students work in groups of six. Their primary responsibility is to assist the adults on car duty, by opening car doors and welcoming the students to school each day. Their smiling faces and pleasant greetings help to get Fort Dorchester Elementary School off to a good start every morning.
