On Dec. 6, Summerville Police took a report of multiple stolen vehicles from the Hoover Dodge dealership on Marymeade Dr., in Summerville.

Eight vehicles, all 2013, were stolen including a Chrysler 300, Ram 2500, two Ram 1500s, Dodge Dart, Dodge Charger and two Dodge Avengers. Police met with an employee who told police the vehicles are “unaccounted for.”

He said he was doing inventory and could not find the vehicles anywhere. He said the keys to the vehicles that are held in the shop area are still there but the keys kept in the lock box are missing. He told police he has no idea when the vehicles went missing and could have been missing for as long as two months.

The total value of the missing vehicles is $238,257.
