Justin Anthony Vosicky

Justin Anthony Vosicky, 31, of Summerville has been charged by the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office with kidnapping and Sex/Criminal sexual conduct with a minor or attempt, with a victim under 11 years of age – first degree.

Notified by a school-mandated reporter, the deputies met with the child’s parents who told deputies that their child had confessed to a school counselor – after hearing a talk on “good touch, bad touch” – that a neighbor had done “bad touch” on the child.

The child said that on arriving at a friend’s house a few months ago, the father had dragged the child into a bedroom and attempted to take off the child’s pants. The child struggled and managed to get away. The child told authorities that the same neighbor had tried forcibly to get in to the child’s house about a year ago. The child said the neighbor drives up and down the street looking at children.

The child identified Vosicky as the person who had done all of the above.
