Daylily club to meet

  • Wednesday, January 15, 2014

The LowCountry DayLily Club will hold its January 26, meeting at the Berkeley Electric-Cooperative, located at 551 Rembert Dennis Blvd., (Hwy 52 By-Pass), Moncks Corner. Meetings begin at 2:30 p.m..

Visitors are always welcome. We are looking for new members interested in growing dayliles, also.

At this month’s meeting, Heidi Douglas will give a talk and slide presentation on the National Daylily Convention, 2013, held in Minneapolis, and the summer convention for Region #2 that was in Cincinnati.

Heidi is a daylily nursery owner from Georgetown where they grow very lovely day lilies for sale.

Refreshments are provided by members for everyone attending.
