Elks cut ribbon on patio

  • Wednesday, January 15, 2014

Provided PERs David Bray and Ron LaQua holding the ribbon, ER Tim Polzin with guests in attendance.

On January 1st, Summerville Elks Lodge #2719 held its 2nd ribbon cutting ceremony for a new patio area that was built by volunteer members of the lodge. This three week project was a labor of love and a vision come to life for PERs David Bray and Ron LaQua. The patio area is a safe and secure place for members to enjoy and for future in-house oyster roasts! On June 11, 1994 the lodge held its 1st. ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the building being completed and open for members and guests. We are very excited about this new addition and look forward to many good times and much use! Elks care and Elks share! Summerville Elks #2719 would like to thank all the volunteers that showed up and participated in the construction and development of the new patio area.
