Layton, Hawes to marry this May

Jeffrey Tyler Hawes and Sarah Marie Layton

Sarah Marie Layton of Naples, Fla., and Jeffrey Tyler Hawes of Naples, Fla., are engaged to be married on May 17, 2014 at the Naples Yacht Club in Naples, Fla.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Michael Layton of Vero Beach, Fla. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Munn of Lincoln, Neb., Mrs. Joyce Layton of Vero Beach, Fla., and the late Dr. Benjamin Layton.

The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Hawes of Summerville. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Liverett of Asheville, N.C., Mrs. Dot Hawes of Walterboro, S.C., and the late Mr. Raymond Hawes.

The bride is a 2006 graduate of St. Edwards School, 2010 graduate of Clemson University and 2011 of Florida State University. She is employed as the development director for Susan G. Komen Southwest Florida.

The bridegroom is a 2004 graduate of Pinewood Preparatory School and a 2010 graduate of Clemson. He is the owner and operator of Fine Lines Fishing Charters in Naples, Fla.
