In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Children’s Trust of South Carolina has received a fundraising challenge match. Current and past leadership volunteers have agreed to match citizen donations to Children’s Trust made through the state income tax Check-Off program.
Through South Carolina individual income tax returns, citizens may make a donation to Children’s Trust. Administered through the S.C. Department of Revenue, Check-Off is a long-standing vehicle for South Carolinians to give back.
Those who wish to make a donation through the Check-Off program may complete tax form S.C. I-330 and enter their donation for Children’s Trust on Line 2.
Complete instructions and forms are available online at www.scchildren.org.
Children’s Trust began 30 years ago to fund a broad range of innovative child abuse and neglect prevention programs to meet the critical needs of South Carolina’s children.
Volunteer leadership will match up to $30,000 as those funds become available through the match effort.
Children’s Trust will continue to celebrate their anniversary with a series of events and recognition throughout the year.
