Mon., March 10, 10 a.m. – Speaker, Low Back Pain. Nick McBee, Health and Wellness Educator with Kirar Superior Healthcare will discuss Natural Approaches to the Prevention and Treatment of Low Back Pain. The presentation will give an understanding to the types and causes of low back pain and offer safe, natural, and effective approaches to preventing, treating, and recovering from low back pain.

Tues., March 11, 1:45 p.m. – Fitness Equipment Training. Ed Redman, certified personal trainer from YMCA will be available in the Fitness Room on from 1:45 to 2:45 p.m. to train in the safe use of the fitness equipment.

Wed., March 12, 12:30 p.m. – Bunco. Meets second Wednesday of each month. New and experienced players are welcome. Remember to pay $5 gift fee at this class.

Thurs., March 13, 10 a.m. – Blood Pressure Screens with Trident. Stop in for a free blood pressure screening with a nurse from Trident Medical.

Fri., March 14, 8:45 a.m. – Zumba® Gold Tuesday evening and Friday morning with certified instructor, Lilibeth Barker. Zumba® Gold is based on the same dance moves used in the original Zumba® class. The Gold class, however, is less intense, with dance routines designed for beginners and older adults using modified movements. Tuesdays at 6 p.m. and Fridays at 8:45 a.m., $5 per class. Must be a member of the center and have a note from physician clearing for participation or sign a waiver provided by instructor.
