Mon., March 17, 1 p.m., Mexican Dominoes, also known as Trains. Barbara Fitzgerald teaches this version of dominoes from 1 to 3 p.m. If you have a set a Mexican Dominoes set, please bring them. New members welcome.

Tues., March 18, 2 p.m. Oil Painting, Old master method – Instructor Susannah Roth. You can learn to draw as you paint and you will be taught how to see shapes and depth of shadows to form your picture into a painting. $12 per class is to be paid at the front desk before each class.

Wed., March 19, 1 p.m. Clogging. Put on your dancing shoes and join us as Instructor Julia Tourtellotte teaches beginner and intermediate level clogging.

Thurs., March 20, 10 a.m. Nutrition Series. Jean Muller, a licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist, leads the monthly Nutrition Series classes on eating to stay healthy. Our March discussion will be “Dodge Dementia with Your Diet.” Jean will discuss: what is dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, what causes them and what diet and lifestyle actions you can take to slow down mental decline and dementia. Please join us for this exciting and informative series.

Fri., March 21, 1 p.m. Creative Crafters. The Creative Crafters meet monthly to make items from donated supplies to sell in the Gift Shop. All supplies will be provided. Please join us on Friday, March 7 and Friday, March 21, 1 to 3 p.m. All proceeds are used to support the services and programs at Dorchester Seniors.
