Mon., March 31, 10:30 a.m. – Fitness Fun: Join us for various types of seated exercise such as Salsa, Tai Chi, Chair Dancing, Boxing, and more. You may stay seated or get up and move.

Tues., April 1, 6 p.m. – Single Seniors: Meets the first Tuesday of each month. Group for 50-plus singles who want to go to movies, dinner and other social events together and make new friends.

Wed., April 2, 10:15 a.m. – Bible Study: Ms.Trophelia Ajala leads a non-denominational Bible study. All faiths are welcome.

Thurs., April 3, 1 p.m. – Woodcarving: This group meets on Thursdays 1 to 3 p.m. New members welcome. For more information, call Barbara at 871-7469.

Fri., April 4, 8:45 a.m. – Zumba® Gold: We are excited to have Zumba® Gold as a permanent Tuesday evening and Friday morning class with certified instructor, Lilibeth Barker. Zumba® Gold is based on the same dance moves used in the original Zumba® class. The Gold class, however, is less intense, with dance routines designed for beginners and older adults using modified movements. Tuesdays at 6 p.m. and Fridays at 8:45 a.m., $5 per class. Must be a member of the center and have a note from your physician stating you may participate in Zumba® Gold, or sign a waiver provided by instructor. You do not need to be a member of H2U to participate in Zumba® Gold. (No Class Friday, March 28.)
