Photos of BB&T robber released

Provided The man who stole an undisclosed amount of cash from BB&T is pictured on bank video surveillance photos.


The branch of BB&T bank located at 10105 Dorchester Road was robbed Thursday afternoon, according to reports from Summerville Police Department.

The incident happened around 12:40 p.m. April 17.

SPD described the suspect as a white male, 6 and 240 pounds, wearing a camouflage jacket and hat, shorts and black shoes, according to Cpt. Jon Rogers.

The suspect fled the scene on foot after obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash.

Those who are able to identify the suspect are urged to call Summerville Police Department at 843-851-4100.
