Windsor Hill musical takes the stage

  • Wednesday, May 7, 2014

Provided Windsor Hill second graders recently put on a “Seusical” performance -- and are doing so again starting May 12.

The stage was alive last week at Windsor Hill Arts Infused Elementary with many second graders performing in their first theatrical production.

Gary Seaboldt, the vocal music instructor at Windsor Hill, worked with the students throughout the month of April for a presentation of “Seussical, The 2nd Grade Mini-Musical”. He was assisted by ITS Pam Inabinett, Art Instructors Erica Harper and Elise Stuck, Kindergarten teacher Maree Carway and the second grade team teachers.

There are two more chances to come see the show. Encore performances, allowing all of the Windsor Hill students to view it, will be May 12 in the school’s multipurpose room, at 7:50 a.m. and again at 8:50 a.m. Community members are invited to attend.

For the current school year, the last arts performance, “The Best of Broadway” will be May 20 at 6 p.m. Community members are welcome to attend. Encore performances for that event will be May 21 at 7:50 and 8:50 a.m. All will be held in the school’s multipurpose Room.
