Tupper, Charlow plan November wedding

Cathleen Taylor Tupper of Summerville and Joseph Francis Charlow III of Dallas, Texas are engaged to be married on Nov. 8 at Christ St. Paulís Church in Yongeís Island, S.C.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Lockwood Tupper III of Summerville. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Grover Lee Cox of Summerville and the late Robert Leon Haskell of Madison, Ind., and Mr. and Mrs. George Lockwood Tupper, Jr. of Summerville.

The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Joseph Charlow of Charleston. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Alexander McKellar III of Mt. Pleasant, Mrs. Frank Seabrook Hay, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant and the late Mr. Frank Seabrook Hay, Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Richard John Puskarz of Kensington, Conn. and the late Major Joseph Francis Charlow, Jr.

The bride is a 2008 graduate of Summerville High School and a 2012 graduate of Clemson University with a degree in psychology. She is earning her EdS and MEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in August 2014.

The bridegroom is a 2008 graduate of Bishop England High School and a 2013 graduate of Clemson University with a BS in industrial engineering. He is a network design engineer for AT&T Corporate.
