Fetter Health operations director named

Brandi Allen

Fetter Health Care Network has welcomed Brandi Allen as the new Director of Operations.

Her primary responsibilities will include the daily operations of seven Fetter locations in Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton and Dorchester counties.

She will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

Brandi Allen comes via Detroit where she held various operations roles, primarily in support services and medical education.

Allen completed her Administrative Fellowship in Healthcare Administration at Henry Ford Health System. Her various roles and project work spanned clinical quality and patient safety, process improvement, support services management, hospital operations, medical education administration, and diversity and inclusion.

She served on the Corporate Diversity Council, chaired the Generation Y employee resource group, and was recognized as a Health Equity Ambassador.

She was also recognized by Crainís Detroit Business as one of their 20 Executives in their 20ís, being the first ever honoree from healthcare.

Allen is a native of Charleston. She attended the University of South Carolina where she obtained a Bachelorís in Psychology and Health Promotion, Education, and Behavior and a Masterís in Healthcare Administration. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Healthcare Administration, with an expected completion date in 2015 focusing on Leadership in Healthcare.
