Charlene White Asquith, 86, wife of John C. Asquith, of Summerville, SC passed away on Friday, June 27, 2014 at her residence.
Funeral services were held at Parks Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, June 30, 2014 at 10 o’clock. Burial followed in Summerville Cemetery. The family received friends at Parks Funeral Home Monday morning from 9 o’clock until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Odyssey Hospice, 5965 Core Avenue, Suite 603, North Charleston, SC 29406.
Mrs. Asquith was born October 3, 1927 in Chicago, IL, a daughter of the late Charles White and the late Alta Markham White. She was a retired real estate agent.
Survivors include her loving husband, John Asquith of Summerville; two daughters, Sally Asquith Johnson and Ellen Asquith Anderson, both of Summerville; one son, Tom Asquith of Cincinnati, OH; seven grandsons, Gregory Frisbie, Quinn Hayden, Brian Asquith, Matthew Frisbie, John Asquith, Andrew Hayden, Boomer Anderson; two granddaughters, Sarah Lade-Bodily, Jessica Lade; and two great-grandsons, Julius Hayden and Oliver Hayden.
