Charlene Laura Dangerfield

Charlene Laura Dangerfield, 67, of Summerville, SC, wife of David Lawton Dangerfield, died Friday, July 25, 2014 at a Charleston hospital.

Funeral services were held Tuesday morning, July 29, 2014 at Parks Funeral Home Chapel at 10 o’clock. Burial was held in Summerville Cemetery. Friends called at PARKS FUNERAL HOME Monday evening from 6 – 8 o’clock. Flowers will be accepted.

Mrs. Dangerfield was born August 26, 1946 in Malden, Massachusetts, a daughter of Warner Joseph Carter and Eleanor Dalton Carter. She was a seamstress specializing in custom window treatments. She was also a member of Summerville Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, David Lawton Dangerfield of Summerville; two sons, Christopher David Dangerfield, and Scott Warner Dangerfield (Becky), also of Summerville; one twin sister, Cynthia Dangerfield (Bill) of Sumter, South Carolina; two brothers, Harry Carter (Sandy) of New Hampshire, and Paul Carter (Karen) of Malden, Massachusetts; two brothers-in-law, Lawton Dangerfield (Katie) of Summerville, and George Dangerfield (Kathy) of Norfolk, Virginia; 3 grandchildren, Christopher Dangerfield 2nd, Brandy Dangerfield, and Natalie Dangerfield, all of Summerville.
