Will Jenkinson, BIC of Carolina One New Homes, announced that effective June 1, 2011, Janice Adler will be the new Sales Manager for The Ponds, a master planned community being developed by Greenwood Communities and Resorts near Summerville, S.C.
Born and raised in the Charleston area, Ms. Adler graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Carolina One New Homes in 2010, she was employed by the Coastal Carolinas and Charleston Divisions of Centex Homes for 8 years. In addition to managing as many as 31 sales consultants and 15 communities in Charleston and Hilton Head Island, Ms. Adler was also responsible for sales, recruiting and training for Centex (now Pulte), the largest builder in the area.
In 2001, Ms. Adler was named Rookie of the Year by the Charleston Trident Home Builders Association (CTHBA). She was also a member of CTHBA’s Million Dollar Circle from 2001 to 2006. Ms. Adler was named by Centex as Sales Person of the Year in 2002 and Regional Sales Person of the Year in 2003. She is married and the mother of two children.
