Jarrard, Nowell & Russell, LLC, a Charleston-based accounting and business advisory firm, opened a second office in Summerville on Jan. 13. At the ribbon cutting were (left to right) Greater Summerville Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce former Board Chairman Robby Robbins, Principal Bill Jarrard, Summerville Mayor Berlin G. Myers, Principal Will Russell, and Principal Chris Nowell. Both Nowell and Russell reside in Summerville.
