John Payne, an avid kayaker who lives in Summerville, has elected to place his license with the Summerville Main Street office of Carolina One Real Estate. A lifelong resident of the Charleston area, Payne received his BA in Business and Economics from Furman University in 1976.
Licensed in South Carolina as a Real Estate Broker and Residential Contractor, Payne has more than 30 years’ experience in the local market in all phases of real estate sales, marketing, development and construction.
