Brian and Joyce Brelsford of Summerville, South Carolina are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter Elizabeth Ashley Brelsford of Charleston, South Carolina to Stephen James Evans of Charlotte, North Carolina.
The groom is the son of Jay and Susan Evans of Fairfax, Virginia.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Summerville High School and a 2010 graduate of the College of Charleston. She is a Contract Negotiator for the Space and Naval Warfare Command in Charleston.
The groom-elect is a graduate of Robinson High School in Fairfax, Virginia and a 2006 graduate of the University of Tennessee. He is a Development Officer for the University of Tennessee.
The couple plans to marry in February 2012 at St. Peter's Church in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
