Mr. and Mrs. John Grimball Frampton are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Virginia Mills Frampton to Harold Allen Hess, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Allen Hess, all of Summerville, S.C.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. Lola Jones McKenzie and the late Mr. Sidney Belmont Jones, Jr., of Summerville, S.C., and Mrs. Joel Wyman Frampton and the late Mr. Joel Wyman Frampton, of Charleston, S.C. She is a graduate of Pinewood Preparatory School and a 2007 graduate of the University of South Carolina. She is currently seeking a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the College of Charleston.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Davis Hunt, of Summerville, S.C., and Mrs. Peggy Hess Miller, of DeLand, FL and the late Mr. Clarence Allen Hess, of Lexington, S.C. He is a graduate of Lake City High School and a 2008 graduate of The Citadel. He is currently employed with Carolina First Bank in Charleston, S.C.
The wedding is planned for April 24, 2010, at the Summerall Chapel, The Citadel.
