Rabon, Lindroth marry in winter ceremony

Elizabeth Paige Rabon and Benjamin John Lindroth were married January 5, 2013.
The four o’clock ceremony was held at the Misty Lake Club in North Augusta, S.C. with their pastor, Mr. David Lauten officiating.  Dr. Anthony Kowbeidu, pastor of the groom’s family, gave a charge.
Adam, Andrew and Jonathan DePriest performed as a string trio. The bride processed to Trumpet Voluntary by Clark played by Jimmy Geiger. A brass quartet including Mr. Geiger, Casey Lindroth, James Rabon, and Betsy Myers, presented hymns for the ceremony.
A wedding dinner and reception were held immediately following the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Rodney and Paige Rabon of Aiken, S.C. and the maternal granddaughter of William and Elena Lackland of West Columbia, S.C. She is the paternal granddaughter of Everett and Loretta Rabon of Aiken, S.C.
The groom is the son of John and Julie Lindroth of Summerville, S.C. and the maternal grandson of Joan Knecht of Bedminster, N.J. and John Knecht of Belvidere, N.J. He is the paternal grandson of Elizabeth Lindroth and the late Richard Lindroth of Newfoundland, Penn.
The bride is a graduate of South Aiken High School and will be graduating from The University of South Carolina School of Music with a degree in Piano Performance.
The groom is a graduate of The South Carolina Governor’s School of the Arts and Music and The University of South Carolina with a degree in Religious Studies.
The bride was escorted by her father and attended by Christy Kyle, maid of honor, Shannon Looney, Elise Porter, Britt Campbell and Betsy Myers, all friends of the bride. Miss Laura Knecht was a junior bridesmaid. The bride wore an ivory satin gown with beaded bodice and train.
The attendants wore gold and silver dresses with waist applique and jeweled shoulder pins.
The groomsmen included Jim Lindroth, Casey Lindroth, William Cornelison, Gardner Beson, and Reed Senter. Ushers were George Rabon, William Rabon, Charles Rabon and James Rabon.
Master Andrew Rabon was a junior groomsman.
After a wedding trip to Santa Fe, N.M., the couple will reside in Columbia.
