O'Quinn and Swanner to wed in June

Tim and Rhonda O'Quinn of North Charleston, SC are pleased to announced the engagement of their daughter, Heather Nichole O'Quinn of Summerville, SC to Donald Mark Swanner of Baltimore, Maryland. Miss O'Quinn is the granddaughter of Doug and Jane Wright, and Thomas and Gill O'Quinn, and the late Ronald Stroble, all of Walterboro. She is a 2004 graduate of the College of Charleston and a 2008 graduate of Lesley University. She is employed with Dorchester School District II. Mr. Swanner is the son of Donald Swanner, and Dave and Sue Decker, all of Baltimore, Maryland. He is the grandson of Ruth Pettit and the late Ira Pettit of Baltimore, MD, and the late William and Dorothy Swanner of Baltimore, MD. He is a graduate of Landsdowne High School, Baltimore, MD, and is Currently serving in the United States Marine Corps. The wedding is planned for June 21, 2008 at the Charleston AFB Chapel.
