Warren Peper, media producer for Evening Post Publishing’s Lowcountrymarketplace.com, spoke to the Summerville Oakbrook Rotary Club July 20. Peper most recently was the news anchor for TV-2 News and has been a TV presence in the Lowcountry for more than 30 years before joining the EPPC staff this spring.

Ceil Fedol received the Rotarian of the Year award for the Summerville Oakbrook Rotary Club. Her husband, Ed Fedol, was also recognized for the extraordinary support he gives his wife’s Rotary duties and for his support of the club in general. Presenting the award is Stephen Wright, immediate past president, at the annual banquet at Wescott Plantation.
