Summerville Journal Scene ®
Editor’s note: According to information provided Wednesday by the Summerville Police Department, the following suspects were still at large.
Name: Lucetia Genese Elmore
Age: 35
Description: Black female; 5’3”; 105 pounds
Last known address: Haven Road (Ridgeville)
Wanted for: Breach of trust, less than $1,000
Wanted by: Summerville Police Department
Wanted since: N/A
Investigators allege: In December 2005, while employed at Target in Azalea Square, Elmore stole two gift cards valued at $282. Elmore gave a statement to the store’s assistant manager, later provided to police, in which she admitted to taking the gift cards.
Name: Craig Bernard Felder
Age: 37
Description: Black male; 6’1”; 176 pounds
Last known address: Bryan Street (Summerville)
Wanted for: False information to police
Wanted by: Summerville Police Department
Wanted since: June 29
According to an incident report: On March 28, Felder provided an incorrect birth date to police. An officer ran a check on Felder, but nothing came back, so he asked him again if the name and birth date he provided were correct. Felder said they were and that he was “okay” and did not have any warrants. The officer asked dispatch to cross-reference Felder’s address and he learned the provided birth date was one year off and Felder was wanted by Goose Creek police.
