Investigators allege: Boyd stole a
woman’s debit card Aug. 17 and then used it the next day to obtain $40 from an ATM. The woman told police she confronted Boyd after she learned that her account had been overdrawn because he had “done this once before.” She said Boyd admitted to taking the card and using it even though she never gave him permission to do so and never provided him with her personal identification number. She viewed the ATM transactions — presumably on video — during which her card was used and positively identified Boyd as the person making unauthorized withdrawals. All told, he used her card seven times for a total loss of $631.70.Anyone with information on the
