Editor’s note: According to information provided Wednesday by the Summerville Police Department, the following suspects were still at large.

Name: Ashley Jeanne Dobbs

Age: 19

Description: White female; 5 feet 8 inches; 140 pounds

Last known address: Allspice Drive (Summerville)

Wanted for: Financial transaction card fraud

Wanted by: Summerville Police Department

Wanted since: Sept. 28

Investigators allege: Between July 7 and 8, Dobbs fraudulently used the victim’s debit card at Walmart on North Main Street. In a police report, the victim said his wallet had been stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at Summerville High School. Police positively identified Dobbs as the person conducting fraudulent transactions in a store security video. She gave verbal and written statements detailing her involvement and her use of the debit card. The victim’s total loss was $2,568.49.

Name: Chamaine T. Prioleau

Age: 29

Description: Black male; 5 feet 8 inches; 160 pounds

Last known address: Highway 6 (Eutawville)

Wanted for: Breach of trust, more than $1,000

Wanted by: Summerville Police Department

Wanted since: Oct. 7

Investigators allege: Prioleau on Oct. 5 borrowed the victim’s 1992 Toyota Camry, valued at $1,035, to drive it to and from work. The victim asked Prioleau several times to return the car, but he refused.
