Investigators allege: The defendant engaged in sexual battery with a nine-year-old female. The victim told a classmate and a guidance counselor about several incidents that occurred.
Name: Cynthia Lynn Hall
Age: 43
Description: White female, 5’4”, 170 pounds
Last known address: 527 Dolphin Drive
Wanted for: Forgery
Wanted by: Summerville Police Department
Wanted since: March 3, 2010
Investigators allege: Defendant deposited a $300 check into her account that was made out to someone else by someone else, neither of whom authorized her to make such a transaction. The defendant was caught on surveillance tape making the transaction and positively identified by her driver’s license photo.
