Investigators allege: Defendant presented a check written on a National Bank of South Carolina account belonging to Seller Glass and Mirror to OK Check Services in Summerville. The check was in the amount of $356 and was written without knowledge or permission of the account holder. The defendant admitted he had filled out this check and forged his employer’s name and that he did it to pay his rent. He also admitted to cashing several other checks to purchase his medicine, methadone.
