Investigators allege:  Between June 18 and July 6, 2010, the defendant had in his possession three playground toys in the shape of a hippopotamus, turtle, and dog, valued at $3,000 that were reported stolen from Saul Alexander Park in Summerville. O July 6 the defendant’s mother called the Summerville Police to report he had moved out of the above listed residence and had left one of the items behind, and that he said he had found the item in a ditch. During the investigation it was learned that the defendant had been in possession of all three at his residence. In addition, witnesses provided written statements wherein they described observing the defendant in possession of the stolen equipment.

Investigators allege:  Defendant rang up fraudulent returns for cash while she was employed with Family Dollar store. The store’s Loss Prevention Officer provided paperwork signed by the defendant showing a store loss in the amount of $128.10. The defendant also admitted to the fraudulent transactions to a Summerville Police Officer after Miranda was advised.

Description: Black male, 5’9” tall, 189 pounds

Last known address: 1225 Boone Hill Road, Summerville

Wanted for: Crimes against a Federally Chartered or Insured Institution.

Investigators allege:  On three separate occasions the subject deposited checks from a closed bank account into a local bank and withdrew cash prior to the checks being returned not paid, defrauding the bank of a total of $1200.

Description: White female,  5’5” tall, 180 pounds

Last known address: May be living in the Colleton County area possible at 112 Our Dream Lane, near Walterboro.

Wanted for: This subject is wanted on several bench warrants for fraudulent checks.
