Incident report details: Complainant reported that he was visiting a family member at the apartment complex. He said he had noticed a large group of black males earlier standing in front of a building. When he left his family member’s apartment, he said he was accosted by three black males wearing camouflage jackets and ski masks, who hit him with what he believes was a shotgun stock. He said he hit that one with his fist, causing him to drop the gun, but the other two grabbed him and threw him to the ground and stole his gold chain. Officers later located several rounds of ammunition, a jacket, a ski mask, and the victim’s gold chain.

Items stolen: Jewelry, money, camcorder

Incident report details: Complainant says she left her residence at about 9:30 a.m. and it was secured. When she returned at 1:45 p.m., she found the front door had been forced open and someone had entered and stolen a variety of items, including a $2,000 radio owned by the Dorchester County Fire Department.
