Incident report details: Complainant reported that someone used her personal information to open a checking account and uttered a check on that account which did not contain sufficient funds. Complainant first became aware of the situation when she received a notice from the bank about the incident. Complainant said she recently lost her wallet, which contained personal info, ID credit cards, etc. She did not report it at the time.

Incident report details: Complainant reported she arrived home on the above date and time and discovered her home had been entered and several items missing, including computer equipment and television equipment. She said she had entered through the garage and did not realize that the door had been kicked in because the deadbolt had been re-locked from the inside.

Incident report details: Complainant reported that she and her family returned home from the movies when they heard voices and saw movement coming from inside their home. They heard someone running around inside. When she entered the residence, she found someone had kicked the rear door open. They found items disturbed and scattered and the above listed items missing.
