Name: Constance Ann Brigman
Age: 48
Description:  White female, 5’6” tall, 135 pounds
Last known address: 128 Charlie Lane, Summerville
Wanted for:
Wanted by: Summerville Police Department
Wanted since:  Dec. 13, 2012
Investigators allege: Defendant failed to appear for a July 25, 2011 court date to answer to a charge of simple possession of marijuana stemming from an incident that occurred Sept. 27, 2010.

Name: Keith Lashon Erwin  
Age: 39
Description: Black male, 5’11” tall, 175 pounds
Last known address: 7925 St. Ives Road, #18F, Charleston
Wanted for:  Defrauding a federally insured institution
Wanted by: Summerville Police Department
Wanted since:  Dec. 7, 2011
Investigators allege:  Defendant deposited a counterfeit business check in the amount of $3,500 into a business account he had with SunTrust Bank, then made numerous transactions after the deposit before the check was returned as having no legitimate account number with the bank upon which it was allegedly drawn. These actions put SunTrust to be at a total loss of $1,728.48. Defendant was captured on video surveillance making the transactions and was positively identified through his S.C. Driver’s License photograph.
