Texting is all the rage!!! We see people doing it everywhere… but

is a lack of texting etiquette dangerous to your health?

A new study out suggests that texting may be dangerous to people’s health. As people are so busy texting others, and focusing on their phone, they are going about their daily routines, not paying attention to what is going on around them; accidents of falling down, running into things and other people…all kinds of mishaps, some more serious than others.

Let us be reminded that there is etiquette to texting, which helps texters not to be a hazard to themselves and others.

Remember part of texting etiquette is not only about the message you send to the person on the receiving end of the text, but just as importantly, the message you send to the people around you as well.

The Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette specializes in teaching confidence, helping people handle life's events and changes with style, savvy and polish. We offer seminars and consulting services in business etiquette, and medical office protocol. www.charlestonschoolofprotocol.com.
