DD2 early registration begins April 8

Registration for all Students New to Dorchester School District Two

Elementary Schools Child Development, Kindergarten, and First Grade

will be held Tuesday through Thursday, April 8, 9, 10 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Age Requirements

Child Development – 4 yrs. old on or before September 1, 2008

Kindergarten – 5 yrs. old on or before September 1, 2008

First Grade – 6 yrs. old on or before September 1, 2008

Parents registering a child for school must bring all of the following:

• Child’s State Issued Birth Certificate

• Proof of Parent’s Residence* (current electric bill in parent’s name to   include billing and service address plus other identification with Matching Address)

• SC Certificate of Immunization (prior to the beginning of school)

Students shouls register at the school their neighborhood attends. *Updated Proof of Residency will also be required during Facts and Fees in August. *Note: Any questions regarding proof of residency should be addressed to Lessie Penn at 832-7880.
