Sunset Serenade caps off Saturday’s Flowertown Festival

The Summerville Community Orchestra will headline the Sunset Serenade event at The Ponds on Saturday.
The orchestra, under the director of Alexander Agrest, will perform Hollywood movie music at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 4 at the Ponds’ outdoor amphitheater. Summerville singers Irene Smith and Lydia Smith plan to open the show for the orchestra.
Sunset Serenade attendees are encouraged to bring picnics and lawn chairs starting at 6 p.m. to watch the sun set over the Village Pond. Food and soft drinks will be available for purchase.
The event is to be held rain on shine. The rain venue will be at YMCA at The Ponds adjacent to amphitheatre. No pets. For more information please contact Therese Munroe at at Tmunroe@greenwoodcr.com or (843)851-3939.?
