Q: What are some exercises I can do that will cause minimum stress to my knees?
A: Probably the top two exercises which cause the least amount of stress on the joints (and the two which I most often recommend to my patients with arthritis) are swimming and stationary bicycle. Another exercise which provides a low-impact, good cardiovascular workout is an elliptical machine.
