Ingredients:
1 12 ounce wheel of brie cheese
½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1 8 x 10 inch sheet of puff pastry
1 egg
2 tablespoons water

Directions
1.    Place puff pastry sheet on work surface.
2.    Position cranberry sauce in the center of the puff pastry.
3.    Place brie on top of the cranberry sauce.
4.    Paint the edges of pasty with beaten egg and water.
5.    Fold pastry around the brie and seal the edges.
6.    Invert the brie onto a greased baking sheet.
7.    Bake at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until crust is golden brown.

Serve immediately; place on platter or plate garnished with grapes, crackers, and (if desired) serve with chilled Chardonnay wine. Or for a reduced-calorie or reduced-alcohol beverage, try a wine spritzer instead of wine or mixed drinks.
