Baked Fruit

Ingredients
4, fresh or canned sliced pear halves (packed in water or own juice)
1 Tbs brown sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp nutmeg
8 Tbs fat ice cream or non-fat whipped cream
½ cup sugar-free raspberry or strawberry preserves
¼ tsp of cinnamon
2 Tbs of red wine

Instructions
Preheat the oven 350 degrees F. Peel and half pears or drain peach halves and place in 8x8-inch nonstick baking dish (or use glass dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray). Sprinkle with sugar, lemon juice and nutmeg. Bake 10-15 minutes.

Heat preserves, wine and cinnamon. Place sauce on plate. Drain 1 pear half and place on top of sauce. Serve warm. Garnish with ice cream, chocolate syrup and fresh mint.
