Trident to host 'I Can Cope' support group

August 15, 2008; Charleston, SC: One out of every two men and one out of every three women will develop cancer in his or her lifetime.
Trident Medical Center will be hosting an I Can Cope support group in partnership with the American Cancer Society on Tuesday, August 19 at 6:30 p.m. in the Trident Cancer Center.
Dr. Charles Holladay, oncologist with Charleston Cancer Center, will be presenting a “Learning About Cancer” educational class for people facing cancer.
In addition, Dr. Holladay will present on how the body is affected by cancer while addressing beliefs and attitudes associated with cancer.
Beginning in August, all I Can Cope support group meetings will be held on the third Tuesday of every month. Periodic guest speakers will be scheduled throughout the year.
