Colleton Medical Center Employees Support Heart Disease Awareness on National Wear Red DayFebruary 4, 2008; Charleston, SC: Honoring American Heart Month, Colleton Medical Center employees wore red to work on National Wear Red Day, Friday, February 1, to show their support for women’s heart disease awareness.Trident Health System has partnered with the Spirit of Women on the Day of Dance for Cardiovascular Health to help raise awareness about the dangers of heart disease. The Day of Dance will be held on Saturday, February 23, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Northwoods Mall (Trident HealthFinders entrance). The event is designed to help you laugh, learn and dance yourself to a healthier heart and will include education on heart disease, health screenings, a DJ, music, dancing and dance performances by some of our area’s finest dance companies!
