"Veils" (watercolor on translucent Yupo) by Helen K. Beacham

If watercolors are your thing, head up the road to Helen K. Beachamís Studio Open House on Saturday, November 17 (from 2-6pm).
Helen, a previous owner of Art Central Gallery, is a painter at heart, and decided that running a gallery was not meant for her.† Sheís now painting more than ever and wanted a convenient venue for her art lovers to stay in touch with her.† The upcoming holidays made it an easy decision to open her home and studio to the public.
Many are aware that Helen teaches art to adults in workshop settings, and a few months ago she offered to mentor one of her existing students on an ongoing basis.† Helen will be introducing Anne Peterson at her event this Saturday.
The holiday season wouldnít be complete without some divine treasures sprinkled throughout the house, and such will be the case with Marigolds (for the Home, Garden & Soul) participating in the Open House.†† The event is open to the public, and you may sign up to win one of 2 door prizes.† Helenís blog (below) has additional details including special discounts valid through Saturday.
Studio Open House free to the public:† Saturday, November 17 (2-6pm).††† For further information, please visit www.helenKbeacham.blogspot.com or call 843-871-5637.† 210 Beaufort Street, Summerville, SC† 29483. Note:† Please be aware that access to Helenís studio requires climbing upstairs.
