The Summerville Police Department is requesting assistance in locating Francis J. Felter ( white male, date of birth 11-16-69). Felter is wanted for Lewd Act Upon a Child Under 16 and two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor 1st Degree. The victim in case is nine years old. Felter was last seen in the Tri-County area driving a champagne colored 1995 Ford Thunderbird bearing SC license 7259EJ. If anyone has information regarding to Felter’s whereabouts, please contact the Summerville Police Department at 843-851-4100. Attached find a picture of Felter and a picture of what type of vehicle he drives. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
