Art Walk on cobblestoned Short Central Avenue.
Friends meeting friends – and making making new ones
Friends mingle with friends, and make new ones (!) in historic downtown Summerville during the Third Thursday Art Walks (part of DREAMfest 2008).
The cobblestoned street of Short Central Avenue (near Richardson & Central) is the setting for this very eclectic gathering.
Local artists, jewelers and potters are making it a habit to come show us what they’ve created during the past month.
Tourists and locals alike have been making this an outing for the whole family, with parents using the evening to introduce their children to the art world in a fun way.
The restaurants and shops on Short Central Avenue are open late and the music makes the whole evening extra special.
