Two members of Summerville High School's Track and Cross Country teams recently completed their first Half Marathons (13.1 miles). Rollings Middle School eighth-grader Emily Shuler, 14, ran the Disney Half Marathon in 1:53:30, finishing 18th out of 287 in the age 14-17 group. Overall, Emily finished 2,035 out of 22,435. Green Wave sophomore Anya Bunao, 16, ran the Charleston Half Marathon in 1:41:53, finishing second in the 19 and under age group. Overall, Anya finished 192 out of 2,034.
