Ella Kokinda (left) placed 22nd out of 253 eighth-graders in the individual female bracket of the Middle School Division during the 2009 National Archery in the Schools Tournament in Louisville, Ky. Kokinda scored 275 out of 300 to record a personal best during the event. Now a rising freshman at Bishop England, Kokinda represented Summerville Catholic School at the competition. Her coaches are Athletic Director Jean Fox, Robert Boni, Mike Parker (right) and Barry Insley.
