A Summerville man’s apparent decision to pull a U-turn in front of a sheriff’s deputy landed him in jail for DUI.
According to the SC Highway Patrol, John P. Lewis, 30, of Summerville and a passenger, Gregory Lewis were traveling in a Nissan pick up truck on Ladson Road about 5:20 a.m. Monday when John Lewis tried to make a U-turn.
