On Feb. 6, 2018, Summerville High School celebrated the 10th anniversary of the school’s only boys basketball team to win a state championship. The coaching staff and team members were honored and a banner commemorating the Class AAAA championship was unveiled.

On Feb. 9, 2018, the Ashley Ridge boys basketball team won 63-56 against Fort Dorchester to end their season with a new school record of 15-7.
